This Privacy Policy explains how Pansoft Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Pansoft”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the LabSure+ mobile application (the “App”). LabSure+ is a business-to-business customer portal that allows laboratory customers of our distributor partners to view their service contracts, quotations, orders, invoices, assets, and service requests.

This policy is specific to the LabSure+ App and supplements the general Pansoft Technologies Privacy Policy. Where this policy and the general policy differ in respect of the App, this policy applies.

Who this App is for

LabSure+ is intended for professional and business users only. Accounts are created by an administrator at your organization or distributor; users do not self-register. The App is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Information we collect

We collect the following information to provide the App’s functionality:

• Name (first and last) — to identify you within your account and personalize the App.
• Email address — to authenticate your login and communicate with you about the service.
• Phone number — to support account contact and service communication, where provided.
• User account identifiers — to operate your account and associate you with your organization’s data.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, browsing history, health data, or your personal financial account information through the App. Commercial documents you view in the App (such as quotes, orders, and invoices) belong to your organization and are provided through your distributor’s business systems.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and provide access to your organization’s records.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• To communicate with you about service-related matters.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

How your information is shared

Your information is processed by Pansoft and made available to your own organization’s administrators and to the distributor that provides your LabSure+ access. We do not rent, sell, or share your personal information with unrelated third parties. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS. Access to your organization’s data is restricted to authenticated, authorized users. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When your account is deleted, we remove your personal data (name, email, phone) within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or legitimate business purposes.

Data protection compliance

We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where LabSure+ operates, including the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where you are located in a region with specific data protection rights, we will honor those rights as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
