Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.

Hands on experience in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365

Experience with Active Directory, user administration, and group policies

Should have the experience of supporting 100+ users in a corporate environment.

Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop

Familiarity with endpoint security and antivirus solutions

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred2 to 5 years of experience as System administrator or similar role

Expertise in Windows server administration

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization tools

Good understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices

Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.

Preferred certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

6 to 8 years experience with proven expertise leading the design, development, and deployment of at least one end-to-end application or major product module.

Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and related web technologies

Expertise in SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning

Exposure to AI-powered development tools (such as code assistants, automated testing tools, or documentation generators).

Experience is using version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
