Required skills

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.

  • Should provide first level support to application users and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Should perform functional testing of CRM features, enhancements, and bug fixes

  • Should have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with CRM applications.

  • Should have experience in usage of ticketing system , support tools, functional testing and test case preparation.

  • Should have good knowledge and usage of Excel

  • Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and related web technologies

  • Expertise in SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning

  • Exposure to AI-powered development tools (such as code assistants, automated testing tools, or documentation generators).

  • Experience is using version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
